Most of the times there is a sales person by the door that will help you to find what you need and if he can't he will call someone that will assist you. This store has most of everything a large box store will have. I like it and visit it regularly. Also Andy knows everything about Stihl products and also d ots repairs fast and at a lower price than other dealers in the area. This store is a full dealer for Stihl. Price of the items are decent.
