  Worst place EVER. Ordered a mirror on January 21 and had it shipped to a local store (they did not offer home delivery option), delivery time was 7-10 days, after 2 weeks I starting calling everyday, Kirklands corporate office, tells me the store where I had it shipped is closing and they will not ship it there (even though online it says shipped to store and no one called to tell me). They then say, you can pick up at a store which is located a hour and a half away (so 3 hour drive time) and they offer me a 15% discount for 100$ mirror. Again, NO one called me to tell update/inform me of anything. Today after almost 1 month of placing the order, I requested a refund. Will NEVER deal with this company again.
