  The furniture is great. The prices are great. BUT STAY AWAY FROM SHARON AND SCOTT SALES ASSOCIATES. We were overcharged. Didn't get the actual bed we wanted.. It just took 3 trips 2 phone calls a refund and a review on Twitter to get this mess straighten out. I won't buy anything from Kanes. It's a shame because they do have great prices and furniture. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. NOW THEY ARE EMAILING ME AN INVOICE OF THE ACTUAL BED I WANTED TO BEGIN WITH. WITH A BALANCE OF 770.00. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. GO ELSEWHERE TO GET FURNITURE.

  Do not order from these people! They are no better then a scheming used car dealership. They have crappy made product and their excuse for item breaking 2 months after received literally spoken from a rep was "what do you expect for the price?" I have gotten no where in regards to the defective items, poorly made products. Promises to call back by manager, ironically manager NEVER calls. I have called them over 5 times in regards to the issues I have with the products received and they fail to stand by their product or assist in getting replacements. I have already told people about my experience and they would never go there. I hope my story helps at least one person from going to Kane's and receiving the crappiest product ever!!! Mass production with no quality!

  Since my husband and I purchased out townhouse in North Port, Kanes furniture is in every room, our salesmen Samson Thompson, was great, we asked for space to browse and were not constantly asked if we needed anything, when we found what we wanted he was right there and everything has been delivered and looks great, also note the delivery men are clean and polite. Will buy again from them when the time comes around again, or if we buy a bigger home.
