  I am very very very very very very very disappointed with these guys ,I am not here year round (there goes the problem as they know) so the service is pathetic at best .They take my money which I pay well in advance but as far as i know just take the money and run! There is no COMMUNICATION between them and me as to if they did any service at all .I pay the bill and expect they do what they say ( but not being here year round)I have no idea if they ever come to the house at all as they never send anything whatsoever saying they came to the house to check it out .What kind of a business is this? They are run pathetically at best !Take my money and and hope you the customer does not question as to did they really check out your house?Well I have been thru this for a couple years and have complained but to no avail .I have to call them to find out what has gone on if anything and if I don't I will get no information UNLESS I CALL. There is something wrong with this way of running a business .I have complained again and could tell the person taking the complaint was less than caring ,thus when my contract is up so will be Hughes as they don't care and dont even offer any compensation which they should do.They could care less its good bye good riddens to a worthless company that has no Morales.
