  The store manager as well as customer service manager should be fired. We had a delivery of a washing machine that was not set up to actually use, maintainance kit, leveling wrench or vibration pads all were not left or set up and rendered the delivery useless as the washing machine violently shaking can't be used. We could not get through the customer service line for over 3 straight hours with multiple cell phones on hold. Furthermore the online pricing is not what we were actually billed for which is a separate issue of over $150 of a difference. We actually contacted Gem Plumbing in Rotonda West and paid for a service call to have them make a trip tomorrow morning to level the washer and double check the hoses as we were not confident on the lack of professionalism on the third party contractor Home Depot uses. Unbelievable experience and left completely hung out to dry by Home Depot
