  Our Mercedes C300 required a memory hookup while its battery was changed and they had the tools to do it. Four different employees dealt with me during the operation and all were professional and courteous. I bought the battery online and then the Port Charlotte location called to let me know that it was coming from their Venice location. A+ on communication as they let me know when it arrived. I saved 10% by buying online and then the battery came with a $10 dollar rebate through Duracell and Batteries Plus. This was my first experience with any Batteries Plus store. The Port Charlotte location had clean bathrooms, and was well managed. I included a picture of my old Mercedes battery because its not easy like any other car's battery to replace and you have to dig past other parts to get to it!
